What products do you supply?
We stock a wide range of industrial tools and hardware, including zinc and stainless steel fasteners, sprays, abrasives, drill bits, electrical and wiring components, sealants, adhesives, paints and hardware, safety / PPE, hand tools, and more.
Can you source / supply non-standard or hard-to-find items?
Yes - Motalines prides itself on sourcing difficult-to-find products. If you don't see what you need on our product list, feel free to ask and we will try to source it for you.
Where are you located, and what areas do you serve?
We are located at Unit A3, Westpark 26 Business Park, Chelston, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 9FH. We are about five minutes from Junction 26 of the M5. We serve customers across the South West (Somerset, Devon, Dorset, Bristol) as well as further afield.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed via phone, email or in store. Please contact us for any ordering queries.
What delivery options do you offer, and what are the delivery terms?
We offer delivery across the South West and beyond. Please see our delivery page for full details or contact us for specifics.
Do you have a minimum order value?
Some items may be subject to minimum order values. Please contact us to confirm any minimum order requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, cash, bank transfers and payment on account for trade customers.
Do you offer bulk discounts or trade pricing?
Yes, for large or repeated orders, please contact us to discuss trade or bulk discount options.
Are your fasteners and fixings available in stainless steel / corrosion resistant materials?
Yes - we supply various types, including zinc and stainless steel fasteners.
Do you have health & safety / PPE products?
Yes - personal protection equipment (PPE) is one of the product categories we carry.
Is Tommy the coolest dude in the south west?
Only you can be the judge of that - when you visit him in store!
What brands do you stock?
We carry brands such as Teng, Sealey, and many others in hand tools and general workshop supplies.

Yes - customers are welcome to collect from our premises. Please call ahead to ensure your items are ready.
